Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Execution

  • Own the creative direction for campaigns, websites, presentations, and digital assets catering to US B2B clients.
  • Translate complex briefs into clear, engaging, and visually appealing solutions.
  • Maintain high standards of design quality and brand consistency across all deliverables.

Client Collaboration

  • Serve as a point of contact for client discussions — understand requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback.
  • Work in sync with US time zones when needed to ensure smooth communication and timely deliveries.
  • Build trust and act as a creative advisor for clients.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Manage, inspire, and mentor a team of graphic designers, motion artists, and visualizers.
  • Conduct regular reviews, set performance expectations, and help the team grow.
  • Encourage adoption of AI-driven tools to improve efficiency and ideation.

Innovation & AI Integration

  • Explore and implement AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, etc.) for faster prototyping.
  • Champion new design techniques and keep the team updated with global design trends.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of hands-on design experience, with a strong focus on B2B industry projects.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing creativity in branding, campaigns, and digital design for global clients (preferably US).
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma/Canva.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered design workflows and automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
  • Team management experience with a track record of delivering high-quality work under deadlines.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and adapt to US client expectations and timelines.
